Carina Hotel is conveniently located near the train station and town center, with easy access to ski lifts and the Matterhorn glacier paradise. The rooms are clean, cozy, and offer a direct view of the Matterhorn. The hotel provides a delicious breakfast and has a friendly and helpful staff. The ski storage room is spacious and equipped with ski holders and heating devices for ski boots. a great experience.

Staff provided helpful trail recommendations and made us feel at home. Room was comfortable with a decent bathroom. Manager shared stories and information about the country, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Homely breakfast and free spa access. Nearby supermarket and beautiful sunset viewpoint. A great stay!

I had the most amazing stay at Carina - Design&Lifestyle. The location was perfect, and the view from my room was amazing. The room itself was cozy and clean, and I loved waking up to the fine mountain scenery. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a good variety of options. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any inquiries. I had an lovely experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for a nice stay.

This hotel provides excellent value for money, with rooms offering a stunning view of the Matterhorn. The staff go out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay, even preparing a packed breakfast for early departures. Additionally, the location is conveniently situated near the train station, making it easy to explore the area.

The hotel's location is very convenient, close to everything in Zermatt. It's not in the center but still very close by, making it easy to explore the city. The staff is helpful and provides great tips for your stay. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is good, and the breakfast room offers a great view of the surrounding mountains. The hotel has a nice vintage vibe, giving it a cozy and charming atmosphere.
On Mondays the hotel's restaurant is closed, which can be a bit disappointing for guests looking for dining options within the hotel.

The staff were friendly, warm and helpful. Facilities were better than expected. Room size was really good with ample storage. The breakfast had a good variety of choices. The spa/sauna area was great!

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The staff were super friendly and helpful, providing me with maps and guidance to enjoy the city and hiking. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, especially the tasty coffee. The room was clean and cozy, with a nice balcony offering an astonishing view. The hotel also had a basement spa with fantastic sauna facilities, perfect after a long distance hike.
For us, it was ideal.
